The test is intended for people aged 18 and up to check visual function. If you are between 18-45 years with common refractive errors: Myopia (-0.25 to -3.5 D.), hypermetropia (+0.25 to +2.00 D.) and astigmatism (cylinder -0.25 to -2.0 D.), the test can also issue an updated prescription.

The test is not for people with presbyopia and or amblyopia. Also, if you use hard contacts, bifocals, have had eye surgery or laser surgery, have painful or irritated eyes, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have other certain comorbidities including diabetes the test cannot issue a new prescription.

The test is not intended as a substitute for a full eye health exam. The test includes a short health questionnaire to make sure you are eligible for our test. Based on your test results an optometrist will determine your final eligibility status for receiving an updated prescription.
